I'm a results-driven Engineering Manager and Full-Stack Developer with over 10 years of hands-on experience building scalable, high-performance web applications. Currently leading engineering at Encora Inc., where I oversee Angular-powered in-store retail applications deployed on Microsoft Surface devices. I continue to work hands-on with code daily, contributing to frontend and backend development while leading the team.

My journey from Software Engineer to Engineering Manager at the same company reflects not just technical growth, but a genuine passion for building teams, mentoring engineers, and creating lasting engineering culture. I believe the best software is built by empowered, well-mentored teams.
